PAYMENT FOR CONSULTATIONS, DURATION, CANCELLATION, REFUNDS
Before booking a consultation time through the reservation system on this website, you will be asked to make an advance payment. This is necessary so that we both treat the reservation responsibly. Many people are often waiting for available times; if someone books a slot while still unsure about attending – both I and others are affected. Once I see and confirm your reservation, you will receive an invoice by email confirming your payment.A CONSULTATION CAN BE CANCELED NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED MEETING.
You can cancel a meeting by sending me an email (miglesamuse@gmail.com). Please include the name under which the booking was made and the scheduled date. Within two business days, I will issue your refund (delays may occur due to bank processing times). If a consultation is canceled later than this or in case of a no-show – the payment is non-refundable.SERVICE AGREEMENT
